MK Public Relations
The last couple of years have forced many of us outside our comfort zones. Some of us, back into our comfort zones. We’ve faced more challenges and setbacks, encountered, and embraced the unknown, and powered through the seemingly endless amounts of uncertainty. With any luck, and if you’re like me, the last couple of years have also allowed us to uncover new and exciting opportunities that have been lying right in front of us all along.
With that said, meet my new business, MK Public Relations. For several years I have been consulting on and off but chose to dive in this year with full force. Starting my own business has allowed me to have more independence and freedom but also the ability to focus on the things I am good at, and more importantly, the things that I enjoy doing.
MK Public Relations is a communications and public affairs company designed to help businesses tell their story in local and national media outlets, prepare for appearances through comprehensive and personalized media and presentation training, advocate on behalf of issues important to them at the federal and state level, and proactively protect their brand with crisis and issues preparedness support.
This website, my new #Instagram channel and Facebook page will be my outlet to share media engagement tips and tricks, blogs that offer insight into today’s media landscape and more. But don’t be fooled, this won’t be all business. My cute family, squeezable puppies, potentially good fashion deals and fun travel destinations will make regular appearances too.
